29th October 2015
Windsurfing: Felixstowe-Dip
Wind Direction: S
Wind Stength: F4
Surf / Sea State: lumpy then smooth
Air Temperature: 13.5
Sea Temperature: 12.4
Weather: Sun the cloud
Max Speed: 21.6 (knots - unless stated otherwise)
Distance Covered: 20 (Nautical Miles - unless stated otherwise)

Sea very lumpy until high tide when it quickly turns smooth with nice rollers by river. Underpowered on 115/6.9m, but tri-cam 8.5m would have been hard work in lumpy sea especailly when dropped. Planed all the time and wind quite on shore so sailed through river with no more chop there and suprisingly little shore dump. Once tide turned sea got very nice with smooth rollers and chop decreased a lot. Best sea but wind light. Chris P & S, Andy M, Nathan and Phil out too. Enjoyed the day. 3*
